By accessing or using Silverback ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Silverback.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Silverback. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Silverback offers Free, Pro ($29/month), Elite ($79/month), and Founder ($497 lifetime) plans. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Founder is a one-time payment for lifetime access. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service, scrape or harvest data, share your account credentials, use the Service for any illegal purpose, or interfere with the Service's operation.
Silverback uses AI to generate coaching advice, briefings, and recommendations. This content is for informational and motivational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making health decisions.
Silverback is a fitness tracking and coaching tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Do not use it to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions. Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise or diet program.
The Service and its content are owned by Silverback. You retain ownership of data you input. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silverback is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access ends and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy. Active subscription fees are non-refundable except within the 7-day refund window.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not class action lawsuits.
Community features let you share workout plans, challenges, and feed posts. You own the content you share and grant Silverback a non-exclusive license to display it to the audience you choose. You agree not to post content that is abusive, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit, infringing, or impersonates others, and not to use community features for spam or commercial solicitation. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate access for violations, with or without notice. You can report any content or profile in-app; blocked users cannot see or interact with you. We are not obligated to monitor content but reserve the right to do so.
