1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Silverback uses cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential (cannot be disabled)

  • sb-auth-token — Supabase session token, keeps you logged in (7 days)
  • sb-refresh-token — Refreshes your session automatically

Functional (optional)

  • sb-theme — Stores your dark/light mode preference

Analytics (optional)

We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent.

3. Managing Cookies

You can clear cookies via your browser settings at any time. Clearing essential cookies will sign you out. Most browsers allow you to block third-party cookies without affecting essential functionality.

4. Push Notification Tokens

If you opt in to push notifications, we store your push subscription token server-side. This is not a cookie — it is stored in our database and used only to send notifications you requested. You can revoke it at any time from Settings → Notifications.
