How AI Is Used

Silverback uses Anthropic's Claude AI model to power:

• AI Coach — personalized fitness and lifestyle coaching conversations
• Morning Brief — daily AI-generated summaries of your data
• Executive AI — high-level life OS analysis and recommendations
• Command Center — real-time intelligence briefings
• Digital Twin — your AI-powered behavioral and physical model

AI Limitations

AI-generated content in Silverback:

• May be inaccurate — AI can hallucinate or provide factually incorrect information
• Is not personalized medical advice — outputs are based on patterns, not clinical assessment
• May not reflect your full situation — AI only knows what you've logged in the app
• Can vary between sessions — identical inputs may produce different outputs
• Does not replace human judgment — especially for health, financial, or life decisions

Data Sent to AI

To generate personalized responses, we send your health data (workouts, check-ins, nutrition, sleep, goals) to Anthropic's API. We send only what is necessary for the request. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy and API usage policies. We do not use your data to fine-tune AI models without your consent.

No Professional Relationship

Interactions with Silverback's AI do not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, financial advisor-client, or any other professional relationship. AI responses are for informational and motivational purposes only.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated content critically before acting on it. Do not make significant health, medical, financial, or life decisions based solely on AI outputs from Silverback.

Reporting Issues

If you receive AI output that seems harmful, incorrect, or inappropriate, please report it to support@silverback.app. We review these reports to improve our AI prompting and safety guardrails.
